What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Strategic Account Executives
• set regional go-to-market strategy and territory plans
• build pipeline and forecast discipline
• lead complex opportunity execution from discovery through award and expansion
• develop customer and partner relationships
• coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams
• represent the company at customer and partner events
• and connect identity security solutions to public-sector mission needs. Regular travel across the territory and to customer, partner, and industry events is required, up to 50% as needed.
