What you'll do

• Conduct project scoping and translate business requirements into functional requirements
• create and review technical specifications
• develop integration test plans
• configure or request system configurations using tools such as Tableau, SQL, Informatica, ServiceNow, and AGS360
• troubleshoot integration failures and data issues
• support sFTP governance and access
• monitor work requests
• maintain integration specifications and team practices
• recommend technology improvements.
