The Project Manager — API External Manufacturing role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with Monday–Friday hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $70.00–$75.90 per hour, and the assignment is a five-month contract. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions; the client role supports commercial supply and related initiatives at a contract manufacturing organization. The project manager coordinates cross-functional work across quality, supply chain, engineering, regulatory, and finance to support reliable commercial supply. The role develops integrated plans and budgets, tracks milestones and risks, communicates decisions and results, and supports CMO oversight and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Facilitate CMO oversight and project delivery
• manage scope and develop integrated project plans
• coordinate quality oversight, supply coordination, deviation/CAPA and change-control interfaces, and contract and governance commitments
• drive project milestones
• communicate decisions, risks, and results
• monitor and mitigate project and supply risks
• identify process improvements
• develop an integrated project budget and support financial governance.
