What you'll do

• Lead ESOP feasibility engagements by analyzing financial position, cash flow, capital structure, and transaction objectives
• evaluate scenarios, risks, and constraints and recommend options
• present financial analyses and ESOP concepts to owners, management, boards, and advisors
• guide clients from feasibility through commitment and transition to transaction services
• advise on transaction strategy, negotiations, financial preparation, and coordination with legal, valuation, tax, lending, and other advisors
• develop client and professional relationships and contribute as an ESOP subject matter expert in business development.
