The role supports Nexus Family Healing’s HR team at a national mental health organization serving youth and families. The specialist builds candidate pipelines and manages recruiting activities from sourcing through offers, while maintaining compliant requisition and applicant tracking system records. The role also partners with agency leaders on HR matters and supports employee separation and backfill processes.
What you'll do
- Source candidates and build community relationships
- coordinate job fairs and information sessions
- screen candidates and facilitate interviews
- extend offers and initiate background and drug checks
- communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- maintain accurate requisition and applicant tracking records
- advise leaders on HR policies and practices
- document resignations, initiate backfills, and conduct exit interviews
- contribute to HR committees.
