What you'll do

• Prepare menu items and ingredients according to recipes or special requests
• butcher whole fish and portion fish
• safely use knives and kitchen equipment
• follow portioning, food-safety, and sanitation standards
• communicate delays or issues
• account for kitchen items
• follow allergy and special-order procedures
• and work with the team during service.
