What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold restaurant foods and items on prep sheets
• communicate with chefs and meet prep times
• wrap, label, date, and store food
• set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment
• follow recipes and computer tickets
• use required knife skills
• assist chefs during service
• communicate with management and service staff
• follow safety, sanitation, and health procedures
• complete opening, running, closing, and checkout duties.
