What you'll do

• Create invoices for managed and secondary medical plans and foundations
• use billing programs
• transmit or send invoices and confirm receipt
• review and correct rejected invoices
• meet productivity metrics and monthly billing close
• investigate billing problems
• contact medical offices, patients, and plans as needed
• update plan circulars and rate charts
• file invoices and assist with patient payment agreements and receipts.
