Maintenance Laborer

What you'll do

• Respond to resident service requests
• repair fixtures, doors, windows, walls, roofs, and building systems
• perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• maintain grounds and common areas
• troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioning units, appliances, tools, and equipment
• track supplies and work orders
• prepare vacant units and remove trash within 24 hours
• participate in after-hours emergency-call rotation.
