The Storage Center Worker role is onsite in Mills River, NC. Pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. The position supports operations at a PODS storage center. The role helps keep container handling and storage-center operations safe and efficient by loading and unloading containers, supporting routing and drivers, maintaining inventory and records, and keeping the facility clean. Forklift experience is required, and the employee must be able to obtain forklift driver certification.

What you'll do

• Operate a forklift to load and unload containers, stage and reposition inventory, and load trucks. Follow assigned route procedures, assist the Market Manager with routing, return staged full containers to the warehouse, maintain forklift inspection records, and report needed repairs. Help maintain a safe, clean facility
• prepare and time-stamp waybills
• maintain contact with drivers
• and repair damaged containers when required. May scan and upload documents.
