What you'll do

• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts
• develop long-term financial models and scenario analyses
• analyze performance and variances
• prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs
• partner with plant, operations, and supply chain leaders on cost drivers
• lead product costing and profitability analysis
• support pricing strategy
• evaluate capital expenditures and operational improvement projects
• provide analysis for strategic initiatives
• improve FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools
• foster cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven culture.
