Service Maintenance Lead — Cybersecurity Operations

Job overview

The Service Maintenance Lead role is onsite in Chantilly, VA. Compensation is $190,000–$210,000 per year. The position supports the National Reconnaissance Office through Invictus, a Red River company that delivers technology and services for government and national security missions. The lead oversees maintenance and break/fix operations for enterprise cybersecurity services, coordinating support teams and vendors to resolve incidents and manage problems. The role maintains service performance and security posture across distributed sites and supports emergency response for outages and critical events.

What you'll do

• Direct Tier 1–3 maintenance staff and coordinate Tier 4 vendor escalations
• monitor SLAs, OLAs, and performance indicators and drive corrective action
• own incident, problem, and change management in ServiceNow
• oversee lifecycle management, patching, reconfiguration, and recapitalization
• maintain security posture through accreditation activities
• coordinate maintenance across CONUS and OCONUS sites
• lead root-cause analysis and participate in anomaly response teams as directed
• support 24x7 emergency response for outages and critical events.

Why this role

Requires active TS/SCI with CI polygraph, a relevant bachelor’s degree and one listed cybersecurity certification or equivalent, five or more years of relevant IT services experience, and qualification for a DoD 8140 Category E role. Full-time status is contingent upon contract award.
