What you'll do

• Coach and supervise teaching staff
• monitor lesson plans, classroom interactions, learning environments, and student outcomes
• support teachers in maintaining Paths To Quality levels
• analyze program and student data
• ensure staff have needed resources and training
• complete monthly reports and family newsletters
• support compliance with state licensing and Head Start standards.
