What you'll do

• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices
• develop and maintain treatment plans
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• document in the EHR in compliance with Medicaid, state, and accreditation standards
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and community partners
• participate in consultations, meetings, and supervision as needed
• provide crisis intervention and safety planning when appropriate.
