It contributes sophisticated legal advice and client service to the firm’s investment funds practice.

What you'll do

• Advise fund sponsors and investors on domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds
• represent clients in GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions
• assist with structuring separately managed accounts and carried interest vehicles
• manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards of client service.
