What you'll do

• Assess patient nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary plans, provide patient education, monitor nutritional status, instruct on post-discharge diets, communicate with physicians, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, adapt menus, conduct calorie counts, and review menus for nutritional adequacy.
