Wellness Coach

The Wellness Coach role is onsite in Midlothian, VA, with a stated pay range of $15–$17 per hour. The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking part-time coaches to support members' wellness goals as part of the YMCA of Greater Richmond's community-focused mission. The coach builds relationships with members, provides equipment orientations, cleans equipment, and assists members on the wellness floor. The role helps members use the facility and equipment while supporting a welcoming wellness environment.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.
• The current staffing need includes Monday–Friday opening shifts from 5:00 a.m.
• to 9:00 a.m.
• a few days per week, with rotating coverage and at least two weekend shifts per month.
