Job overview

The Cook role is onsite in Hanover, MD, with pay of $18–$20 per hour. The hotel kitchen supports the Hilton Garden Inn’s hospitality service for guests. This role prepares food orders to recipe and menu quantities while coordinating kitchen activity. It also supports consistent kitchen operations through inventory, supply ordering, food and waste logs, meal-preparation direction, receiving checks, cleaning, and restocking.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and menu quantities
• inventory food, supplies, and equipment weekly
• order kitchen supplies as needed
• maintain daily temperature and waste logs
• direct assisting personnel
• receive and inspect supplies
• keep the kitchen clean and stocked at shift end.
