What you'll do

• Design and execute performance marketing strategy across SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, email, affiliate, and emerging channels
• build and optimize multi-touch attribution and funnel KPIs
• forecast and deliver growth targets
• establish reporting, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
• recruit, mentor, and scale the team
• partner cross-functionally to align marketing investment with revenue outcomes
• pilot high-ROI channels and optimize core channels.
