What you'll do

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff
• coordinate and delegate care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection-prevention standards
• supervise nursing staff and manage staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources
• support quality improvement through incident investigations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other assigned duties.
