What you'll do

• maintain vendor and product records and ordering procedures
• source alternatives during shortages
• oversee inventory records, reports, counts, and transfers
• coordinate shipping, returns, and delivery issues
• manage backorders and communicate delays
• verify invoices and maintain purchasing documentation
• track equipment and coordinate transfers
• coordinate vendor documentation and purchasing compliance.
