Senior Project Manager, Restaurant and Retail Construction

The Senior Project Manager, Restaurant and Retail Construction role is remote-based for qualified individuals who live in Seattle, WA, with regional travel required 50–70% as needed, including weekly site visits. Compensation is $128,000–$135,000 per year. Sevan provides construction, program management, real estate, site development, and architecture and engineering services for multiple sectors. The role acts as an owner’s representative for multi-location restaurant and retail tenant-improvement projects in airport terminals. It leads program delivery from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating contractors, designers, vendors, clients, and internal teams to meet project requirements.

What you'll do

• Support development of proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• lead project teams to meet timelines, budgets, and client standards
• serve as primary client contact
• source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers
• oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration
• manage changes, documentation, and reporting
• implement Sevan technology solutions
• conduct project kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews
• represent Sevan in client and project meetings
• anticipate risks and develop solutions.
