We are partnering with a reputable general contractor seeking a skilled Estimator with 5+ years of experience focused on multifamily projects. This individual will lead preconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting through final GMP, working closely with operations, ownership, and trade partners to ensure competitive, accurate, and timely estimates. The ideal candidate has a strong background
