Shift Leader

Job overview

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ; compensation is $16–$19 per hour. The position supports the opening and daily operations of Houston TX Hot Chicken’s Camelback Road restaurant. The shift leader guides front- and back-of-house teams, maintains service and food standards, and helps establish consistent operations during the new store launch and beyond.

What you'll do

• Lead shifts and set team expectations
• support front- and back-of-house operations

• ensure portioning, recipe execution, and ticket accuracy
• address guest concerns
• assist with opening and closing
• monitor labor, productivity, and service flow
• communicate with management and staff.
