What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of private duty nursing clients
• complete nursing assessments and develop and update individualized Plans of Care
• coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• complete RN delegation assessments and supervisory visits
• educate and support caregivers
• provide skilled nursing and direct patient care
• document in electronic medical records
• participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
