The Maintenance Technician, Pharmaceutical Warehouse role is onsite in Suffolk, VA, with compensation of $25–$35 per hour. The technician supports facility equipment, utilities, and warehouse systems in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical warehouse environment. The role helps keep building and warehouse systems safe, reliable, and efficient while maintaining required GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory documentation. It contributes to site operations through preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment and facility systems
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
• support dock levelers, doors, conveyors, pallet-handling equipment, automated warehouse systems, and temperature-controlled storage
• monitor equipment performance
• follow GMP, GDP, and company procedures
• maintain work orders, preventive maintenance records, and logs
• participate in investigations, CAPA, change control, audits, and inspections as required
• inspect and support utilities and life-safety systems
• coordinate vendor service and contractor work
• follow LOTO, PPE, and other safety procedures
• maintain a clean work area.
