The Dietary Cook role is onsite in Amherst, Virginia. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The cook supports the Dietary Department at Fairmont Crossing Health and Rehab Center by preparing meals that contribute to residents’ nutrition and well-being. The role prepares and serves meals, follows special diet orders and food production plans, and helps supervise kitchen operations and personnel when the manager is absent. It also supports tray service, kitchen cleanliness, accurate records, and coordination of food and supply needs.

Why this role
