What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep the building and equipment in working order
• monitor contractor renovation, remodeling, and replacement projects
• maintain and repair HVAC, refrigerators, boilers, washers, dryers, and other equipment under supervision
• participate in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete, and masonry projects
• inspect and document fire control equipment and sprinkler systems
• maintain facility safety logs and coordinate and document monthly fire drills
• inspect grounds, cut grass, and trim.
