What you'll do

• Work at heights from 90 feet to 500 feet or more
• install, repair, modify, optimize, and test wireless infrastructure and electrical equipment
• use weatherproofing, grounding, and rigging techniques
• train tower technicians and occasionally serve as interim foreman
• perform maintenance and upgrades
• respond to service calls
• lead by example on safety and punctuality.
