What you'll do

• Coach sales professionals on customer service, prospecting, product knowledge, presentations, closing, pricing, paperwork, and sales guidelines
• manage scheduling, lead distribution, and follow-up
• generate leads through service to at-need families, networking, community interaction, business partnerships, and seminars
• assist with annual pre-need sales budgets and goals
• respond to customer complaints within 24 hours
• establish and review performance plans
• hire, train, develop, and manage assigned sales professionals
• communicate team progress to leadership
• review sales contracts for guideline compliance
• lead change initiatives
• mentor and job-shadow sales professionals.
