What you'll do

• Distribute and collect menus, assist patients with diet orders, and process menus.
• Update patient kardex to include diet changes and document nourishments.
• Visit patients to gather food preferences, allergies, and nutritional history.
• Complete production sheets and document special food requests.
• Check patient tray lines for accuracy.
• Prepare and check early trays.
• Perform cleaning duties.
