The Strategy and Business Development Lead is an onsite, full-time role in Golden, CO. Compensation is $95,000–$145,000 per year. Rendezvous Robotics develops electromagnetic self-assembling spacecraft components for national security, civil, and commercial customers. The lead identifies and advances customer opportunities, manages the business development pipeline, and translates market and customer needs into actionable recommendations. The role connects customer pursuits with engineering and product strategy as the company moves from flight demonstration toward operational systems.

What you'll do

• Find and qualify government and commercial opportunities
• build pursuit recommendations
• manage customer relationships with the President
• prepare capability briefings, white papers, RFI responses, and MOUs
• track deadlines and submissions
• research customers, competitors, budgets, and acquisition pathways
• maintain the opportunity pipeline
• support conferences and industry events
• work with engineering to incorporate customer and market requirements into product strategy
• travel approximately 25%.
