What you'll do

• Lead pediatric clinical operations across NJ, NY, and CT
• supervise and support pediatric RNs and LPNs
• manage a designated caseload
• conduct start-of-care visits, assessments, supervisory visits, and discharges
• oversee clinical documentation, chart reviews, audits, authorizations, and quality initiatives
• support nursing orientation and development
• collaborate with internal teams and external care partners
• manage pediatric on-call coverage and travel between offices as needed.
