Local Class D Delivery Driver

Job overview

The Local Class D Delivery Driver role is onsite in Shannon, MS, with Tuesday–Friday routes beginning at approximately 5:00 a.m.; pay is up to $45,000 annually, including case incentives. Mitchell Distributing delivers beverage products to local retail customers. The driver safely completes local deliveries, handles and merchandises products at customer locations, and provides dependable service while working with a Route Assistant. Routes are home daily, and end times vary with delivery volume.

What you'll do

• Operate a commercial delivery vehicle on an assigned local route
• deliver beverage products to retail customers
• unload, rotate, and organize products
• maintain displays and merchandising standards
• work alongside and direct a Route Assistant
• complete DOT inspections and delivery documentation
• follow company, DOT, and safety requirements.
