What you'll do

• Oversee shift operations across front and back of house
• manage shift schedules and inventory
• prepare daily sales reports
• direct staff and train new crew members
• resolve customer service issues
• enforce sanitation, health, and safety requirements
• manage cash operations and point-of-sale use
• report shift activity and discrepancies.
