What you'll do

• Model Spanish immersion in the 12–36 month classroom
• facilitate parent workshops and Parent & Child classes in English and Spanish
• help families navigate child development milestones and bilingualism
• maintain a prepared environment
• lead toilet learning respectfully
• adapt the environment for neurodivergent and multilingual learners using positive discipline
• meet Florida DCF health and safety regulations
• record developmental benchmarks.

Why this role
