What you'll do

• Develop business and manage accounts to achieve room-night and revenue goals
• build client relationships through community involvement and market organizations
• conduct hotel site sales calls
• manage sales expenses and assist with department budgets
• respond to client needs and complaints
• maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in Delphi
• support safety and risk procedures and coordinate with hotel operations.
