The Crew Leader, Landscape Installation role is onsite in Leland, NC. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The position leads field crews for PureGreen Land Group’s landscape installation division, delivering work to company quality standards. The role exists to oversee daily installation operations and develop a crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications. It coordinates people, materials, and equipment to support quality project delivery and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Direct landscape installation crews and plan daily work
• maintain productivity and quality
• ensure irrigation, plant, tree, sod, and landscape installations meet design specifications
• enforce safety policies
• perform quality checks
• communicate with clients, project managers, and team members
• identify project concerns
• coordinate equipment and material needs
• support crew training and development.
