Security Operations Center Supervisor

The Security Operations Center Supervisor role is onsite in Boise, ID, with compensation of $26 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services. The supervisor is accountable for the Global Security Operations Center and its personnel, systems, and procedures. The role directs GSOC operations and staff to support timely responses to alarms, distress calls, incidents, and other activity. It also develops procedures and training, monitors threats and performance, and coordinates with client and contract security management.

What you'll do

• Serve as liaison among the GSOC, contract security management, and global security management
• direct GSOC functions and procedures
• analyze operations and performance
• develop and document training exercises
• support technology improvements
• respond to emergency and non-emergency communications
• coach staff
• manage operational software
• monitor intelligence sources and performance indicators
• perform supervisory duties, staffing, appraisals, reporting, and meetings
• perform on-call duty after hours, weekends, and holidays.
