By tailoring options to guests’ lifestyles, travel preferences, and budgets, the representative supports sales goals while providing customer service.

What you'll do

• Attend daily sales meetings, division functions, and required training
• deliver presentations about the points-based program
• tailor vacation ownership options to guests’ lifestyles, travel preferences, and budgets
• conduct resort tours
• provide customer service and close sales using approved techniques while following licensing and ethical standards
• complete sales paperwork and maintain records
• contribute to team sales goals.
