What you'll do

• Collect and archive samples
• conduct quality and food-safety audits
• check inbound product labels and paperwork
• perform equipment cleaning checks and ATP swabbing
• verify allergen compliance
• evaluate samples and investigate quality issues
• enter QA data
• inspect production areas and equipment
• conduct gluten and in-house sample testing
• release held products when approved.
