Behavioral Technician — Crisis Center (As Needed)

The Behavioral Technician works onsite at the Behavioral Health Crisis Center in Wentzville, MO, on an as-needed, PRN basis. Pay is $19 per hour. Working under the Triage Clinician Lead, the technician provides person-centered daily support, monitors safety, and communicates observations to the treatment team. The role helps maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment during crisis care.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support and assist with daily needs
• monitor safety and engage individuals in a supportive environment
• participate in medication administration following L1MA training
• share observations and feedback with the treatment team
• help keep the crisis center organized, clean, and welcoming
• mentor new staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
