What you'll do

• Own Quality practice P&L, including revenue, margin, utilization, forecasting, backlog, and hiring
• set growth objectives and strategy
• translate demand into staffing plans
• develop service offerings, engagement models, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
• lead quality programs across GMP, GCP, GLP, and Quality Management Systems
• oversee SOPs, deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, supplier qualification, audits, and inspection readiness
• advise client executives and oversee complex engagements
• support business development and market presence
• lead, mentor, recruit, and develop Quality teams
• integrate Quality with Product Development and cross-functional disciplines.
