What you'll do

• Supervise onsite construction activities
• coordinate subcontractors, trades, and craft labor
• enforce safety requirements and conduct meetings and inspections
• ensure quality-control compliance and resolve deficiencies
• maintain and update schedules and look-ahead plans
• maintain daily logs and track quantities and progress
• assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• coordinate inspections, deliveries, and equipment
• direct and mentor field crews and foremen.
