Commercial Relationship Manager – Multifamily Restoration Services

What you'll do

• Build relationships with multifamily and commercial property decision-makers
• prospect accounts and introduce RestorePro in person
• develop relationships with ownership and management groups
• partner with plumbers, HVAC contractors, and other trade professionals
• lead emergency response planning meetings before a loss
• attend industry and networking events
• manage follow-ups and opportunities in CRM
• and coordinate with operations when a relationship becomes an active project. The role requires 3–5 years of multifamily property or community management experience.
