What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees
• follow site-specific security procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities
• greet and screen visitors, verify appointments and identification as required, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests
• monitor lobby activity, access points, and security systems
• report unusual activity and facility issues
• respond calmly to incidents and alarms and notify appropriate personnel
• maintain visitor, access, and incident records.
