Field Service Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide paid service quotations with the Regional Service Manager
• deliver warranty and courtesy visits
• install and service machines primarily in the local service area and outside it as assigned
• recondition and refurbish used machinery
• support trade shows and equipment demonstrations as required
• coordinate parts orders and returns
• provide customer installation training
• complete service and warranty paperwork
• assist with technical documentation
• and attend training courses for new equipment as needed. Three years of technical training and electro-mechanical equipment experience are required.
