The attorney advises clients and manages commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing. The role drafts and negotiates transaction documents, coordinates due diligence and closings, and works with clients and attorneys across related practice groups.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions
• structure, negotiate, and document acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financings, joint ventures, and development projects
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• conduct due diligence and coordinate closings
• work with lenders, borrowers, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants
• collaborate with finance, private equity, tax, and corporate attorneys.
