What you'll do

• Prepare, season, cook, and plate food according to recipes and chef direction
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service line and equipment
• follow production lists and record usage and leftovers
• evaluate food quality and report substandard products
• maintain service timing
• store food and equipment properly
• monitor hot- and cold-holding temperatures
• clean work areas and support kitchen operations as assigned.
