What you'll do

• Clean interior and exterior property areas
• maintain grounds and collect trash
• clean floors and stock bathrooms
• assist with work orders, furniture moves, and supply handling
• support apartment make-ready and turnover
• assist with pool maintenance when applicable and pressure washing
• operate equipment safely
• and keep shops and storage areas orderly.
